Dolly ki Doli, with its promising story and a good star cast with talented actors will be one of the most anticipated movie of 2015.
This movie will hit the screens on 23rd of January which has been confirmed as its date of release. The movie, as the rumours have it is the remake of Punjabi movie “Ronde Sare Vyah Pichu” which was released in 2013 and did pretty good, ended up at a 6.8/10 user rating on IMDB which is considered moderately good.

The concept of Dolly ki Doli is already known to all of us, Sonam Kapoor playing the role of a con-woman who steals all the belongings of the groom and his family on the very night of their wedding after giving them a dose of sleeping pills and intoxicating them.

The concept looks interesting and full of comedy and drama, also it can be said that the motion posters, movie trailer videos and 2 songs namely - 'Phatte tak Nachna' and 'Fashion Khatan Mujhpe' have had an overall good impressions and are keeping our hopes high.
The video songs did generate some attention but were unable to leave a deep mark.
It looks like Arbaaz Khan planned the date of release very carefully, because the only big competition this movie will be facing would come from Akshay Kumar starrer movie 'Baby' which will be an action/thriller flick and will not interfere with the comedy/romance genre that Dolly ki Doli has to offer.
Second plus point will be that there is not a single release near Dolly ki Doli which can offer a better face when it comes to female lead in the movie, except off course the movie 'Alone', but still again 'Alone' has a genre of Horror and also 'Alone' would have completed one week by 23rd of January.
