Pulkit Samrat who plays role of a rowdy cop Robin Singh in Dolly ki Doli. Dolly ki Doli is a Bollywood movies and TV actor famous for his roles as Lakshya Virani in 'Kyuki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi' and for playing one of the Fukras in 'Fukrey'. He is the product of Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Production House.

Pulkit Samrat started as a TV actor from Ekta Kapoor's "Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" where he played the role of Lakshya Virani in the show and It proved to be a big ticket to Fame for Dolly ki doli actor Pulkit Samrat.

He made his Bollywood debut in the movie 'Bittu Boss'. Though the movie didn't do well on box office, he managed to get noticed for his role which landed him a role in his second movie 'Fukrey' which went on to become a box-office success and a platform for him to announce himself as a Bollywood star.

In Fukrey he played the role of a school back-bencher Honey Sharma who uses various jugaad to earn money. His chemistry with Varun Sharma aka chocha in the movie was very much liked by Indian audiences and so they are back together in Dolly ki dolI.

Pulkit Samrat was born in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and was raised in a large Hind joint family. He completed his schooling from Montfort Senior Secondary School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, Delhi and was raised in a large Hind joint family. He has a BMM (Bachelor in Multimedia) degree and is a product of the Asian School Of Media Studies, Noida.

Pulkit married his longtime girlfriend Shweta Rohira on 3 November in Goa. Rohira, who happens to be Salman Khan's rakhi sister, is a freelance journalist in Mumbai.

Due to this he has a strong bonding with Salman which we believe is a reason that he bagged Dolly ki Doli.

Other than movies and tv serials, Pulkit has also worked in quite famous ad campaigns. His Airtel ad campaign made him an overnight star and creates a huge girls fan following for him.
